(READ THIS) What do you think of dating?

Tue Nov 18, 2008, 10:22 AM
I am pretty sure there are thousands of people that find that their own friends change in a three year time period. You know who to keep as a friend and who to let go, who to trust and who you cant. People who change seem to know you but then they dont know everything about you, so they misjudge you and they dont know what you truly are going through.
Its true people move on, and of course life throws things at you that you dont expect, especially when a great friend you have loved and respected, trusted, doesn't respect you in the same way because of one tiny thing they dont approve of. One of my friends dont approve of dating people, she doesn't get the concept about it because she's never tried it. To me, dating is trying and getting to know the person before you know exactly, if this person is what you really want.
To her dating is only a method of messing with the other persons feelings. That your going out with one person while dating, and dating others at the same time. Practically saying your whoring yourself to multiple people. >_< that ain't cool. Thats what I got out of it. She is against dating when really she hasn't tried it at all!!!!!!!!
Lets just say I am getting use to the dating thing and its fun, getting to know other people and asking questions to know more about them. Its great to me.

QUESTION! WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT DATING?
DO YOU LIKE IT OR NOT?
HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU DATED AT THE SAME TIME YOU DATED THAT ONE INDIVIDUAL?

eh, dating.. very interesting thing, you need to put yourself on the line and learn what you can from the other person while being truthful and teaching them about yourself at the same time. it's hard if you aren't patient, or if you aren't with the right person.
personally, it depends on who i would be with to decide whether i like it or not.
um.. i think i understand your third question, but i don't? if you're asking me whether i've cheated on my partner, no, i haven't.

ganbatte, tomodachi-san! you can do it. just remember that dating is supposed to be fun, and there's always so many more people out there.

the third question I ment, if your not going out with anybody but going on dates with multiple people, (they dont know anything about the other person your dating)kind of like secret, how many people have you dated at one time?:floating:

LOL I know what you mean, lets just say I know two right now, but they dont know each other. both of them love me, but I only love one. Thats the hard part, is telling the other person I cant seem to gather any feeling for him. and I will go with the person I love. which hurts the other guy a lot.

oh yeah, i see that. but you gotta do what you gotta do, and if you don't tell him, you're hurting him more, he just doesn't know it. and telling him gently then being his friend afterward will help heal those wounds.

For one thing, I do not approve of going out with multiple people at the same time, I will have to agree with that person you were talking about cause it is not in the best interest for you and with that person you are in "love" with. You did say in your journal that you are dating in secret and that means that you are in fact "cheating" on them. You have to realize that fact that when that other person finds out that you are "dating" other people, he will probably not trust you anymore, you should stop and think about what the others are feeling, cause I was one of those guys were were dating you and I found out, I would be very hurt and probably hate you lol
and to answer your last question, I will only date one person and I love her very much ^___^

In the end it never even mattered

One more thing, a "good friend" is a friend who tells you when you are wrong when she/he thinks that you are wrong.

It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone but it takes a life time to forget someone.

:kitty: I called you're boyfriend gay and he hit me with his purse. :kitty:

Ooohhh I know what this is about ^^
What do you think about dating?: I think dating is easily confused with going out on a date. Going out on a date is a one time thing, which can turn into more if it goes well. If you go out on multiple dates with one person, then I would consider it dating.
And yes, I like it very much. I also think dating is a relationship, which should be monogamous, because if you are dating someone, you obviously have a special bond with them. One person. don't be a whore D:<
